Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there are any issues with your order (such as out-of-stock items or address verification problems), we’ll contact you promptly at the email or phone number provided during checkout.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with FedEx to provide fast, reliable delivery across the continental U.S.

Standard Ground Shipping: Most tire orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location and the warehouse your order ships from. We ship from the closest warehouse throughout the US to provide the quickest delviery possible

Freight Orders: Oversized or bulk shipments may be delivered via freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery if required.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on most tire orders within the continental lower 48 United States unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Additional charges may apply for:

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories

Rural or remote delivery locations

Special delivery requests (such as liftgate service or appointment delivery)
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery status.
Delivery Guidelines
Please inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at sales@getireonline.com.
Refusing delivery without authorization may result in additional shipping and restocking fees.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees and any associated carrier charges.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the lower 48 states in the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.
