Return & Exchange Policy

At GE Tire Online, we want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. If there’s an issue with your order or you need to make a return or exchange, our team is here to help.

We’ll walk you through the return process, provide a return authorization number (RA#), and answer any questions you may have.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • All items must be unused, unmounted, and free of damage.

  • Products that have been driven on or mounted are not eligible for return.

  • Buyer is responsible for any fees associated with return shipping

After that time, our returns specialists will need to review your request before issuing a credit or exchange. Please allow 2–3 business days for credit processing.


Credit & Refund Details

  • Tires: Credit issued minus all freight charges incurred.

  • Wheels: Credit issued minus all freight charges incurred. Wheels must be unmounted—please test-fit before mounting tires.

  • Special Orders: These items are non-returnable.

  • Refused Shipments: Orders shipped via FedEx or UPS are charged freight both ways.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Canadian Orders

If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, duties and taxes will not be recharged upon reshipment. Please contact us for an RA# and return instructions.
For returns due to other reasons, Canadian PST, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


Shipping & Damage Claims

If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Care at (828) 291-3560 or sales@getireonline.com right away.

We’ll handle the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or exchange. Damaged items must be repackaged in the original packaging for return.


Return Checklists

Tires

  1. Call or email for a Return Authorization Number.

  2. Keep original strapping intact. (If not, ship tires individually—do not tape together.)

  3. Label each tire clearly with your return address and GE Tire Online’s address.

  4. Attach the packing slip and RA# securely to the tire.

Wheels

  1. Call or email for a Return Authorization Number and specific packaging instructions.
