Returns & Refund Policy – Rolling it back the right way!

At GE Tire Online, we want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. If there’s an issue with your order or you need to make a return or exchange, our team is here to help.

We’ll walk you through the return process, provide a return authorization number (RA#), and answer any questions you may have.


30-Day Window

You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to return your tires. After that, they’re yours to keep rollin’!


No Used or Mounted Tires

All returns must be brand new, unmounted, and unused. Once tires have been installed, show signs of use, or are mounted, we cannot accept them for return, and no refunds will be issued.


Return Eligibility

  • Tires, wheels, and other items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Special orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect or shipping error.
  • Refused shipments will incur freight charges both ways.

Shipping Returns

  • If your order was shipped correctly, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • You can purchase return labels through us at a discounted FedEx rate, and we’ll pass the savings along.
  • For oversized tires (37 inches and larger), shipping fees may be higher; standard rules still apply.

Exceptions

We get it – life happens! While our policy keeps things rolling smoothly, exceptions may be made depending on the situation. Contact Customer Care and we’ll do our best to help.


Credit & Refund Details

  • Tires: Credit issued minus any freight charges incurred.
  • Wheels: Credit issued minus freight charges. Wheels must be unmounted – please test-fit before mounting tires.
  • Special Orders: Non-returnable unless defective or shipped incorrectly.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after the return is received.

Canadian Orders

  • If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, duties and taxes will not be recharged upon reshipment.
  • For returns due to other reasons, Canadian PST, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Contact Customer Care for Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions.

Shipping & Damage Claims

  • If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Customer Care immediately at (828) 291-3560 or sales@getireonline.com.
  • We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or exchange.
  • Damaged items must be repackaged in original packaging for return.

Return Checklists

Tires

  • Call or email for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Keep original strapping intact. If shipping individually, do not tape tires together.
  • Label each tire clearly with your return address and GE Tire Online’s address.
  • Attach the packing slip and RA# securely to each tire.

Wheels

  • Call or email for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Follow specific packaging instructions provided by Customer Care.
